Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation.
• Certificate in Catering or Professional Cookery.
• HACCP Training.
• Previously worked as a Commis Chef.
• Minimum 1 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce and create meals per production plan with measured ingredients.
• Manage food stock, minimise wastage with labelling and mise-en-place par levels.
• Rotate, date and manage stock to control costs and profitability.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes per company specifications.
• Monitor quality of raw material and report hygiene or quality issues to Sous Chef.
