Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Maintenance System Administrator in Qatar to manage the CMMS, maintain maintenance data, plan work orders, and generate reports and KPIs. The role requires hands-on CMMS expertise, strong Excel skills, and a focus on data integrity in a heavy industrial setting.

The successful candidate will support maintenance planning, scheduling, and data-driven improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance system administration.
• Hands-on CMMS experience in industrial settings.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMMS.
• Create, update and manage preventive, predictive and corrective work orders.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and track maintenance activities via CMMS.
• Maintain accurate equipment, asset and maintenance records.
• Generate maintenance reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze maintenance data and identify trends to improve performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and CMMS integrity.
• Support planners and supervisors with system updates and reporting.
• Monitor work orders for timely completion and closure.
• Assist in developing and improving maintenance planning processes.
• Support inventory and spare parts data management in CMMS.
• Prepare Excel reports using advanced functions, pivot tables and data analysis tools.
• Coordinate with teams to keep maintenance records up to date.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards and safety.
