Job summary

Swan Global is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer for Qatar operations. You will manage operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP systems across assigned zones, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and asset reliability.

The role supervises maintenance teams and supports CAFM operation for work orders and service requests. Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, optimizing energy use, and coordinating with procurement for spares.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in MEP maintenance or building services.
• HVAC/MEP-related certifications and strong fault-diagnosis abilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS and capable reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems.
• Supervise technicians and ensure timely completion of work.
• Monitor energy performance and optimize consumption across sites.
• Inspect systems, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate spare parts, procurement, and stock levels for maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain CAFM/work-order records.
