Job summary

talabat is seeking a Cloud Kitchen Dispatch Support Lead to coordinate timely dispatch of orders from the kitchen to riders and partners. You will work with kitchen staff, riders, and customer service to ensure a seamless dispatch process and maintain KPI targets.

You will supervise the dispatch team, provide training, and resolve issues across orders, riders and customers while ensuring food safety standards and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen area.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• At least High School diploma.
• At least 2 years experience in dispatch operations or logistics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night, weekends and holidays.
• Nice to Have: Prior experience in cloud kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates dispatch of food orders from operating brand to riders.
• Supervises and leads dispatch team, providing training and support.
• Resolves issues from orders or deliveries with customers, riders and customer service.
• Ensures techs and internet connectivity are functioning during shifts.
• Maintains food safety checks and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Communicates between customers, riders and dispatchers.
• Ensures compliance with policies, regulations and safety standards.
• Reports problems to kitchen managers and rectifies where possible.
