Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Specialist Real Estate & Construction to lead end-to-end site management—from scouting to lease negotiations—and act as the primary liaison between Talabat and landlords across locations.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement to align real estate solutions with operations, manage LOIs, and drive projects from design through delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on cloud kitchen operations or similar high-volume food service facilities.
• Strong background in construction management, civil engineering, or facilities engineering.
• Ability to read architectural blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience in tendering, market pricing, and vendor negotiations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and procurement.
• Strong project management and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from design to delivery, managing engineering and architectural requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet schedules and budgets.
• Manage tender processes for materials, equipment, and services.
• Negotiate lease terms with landlords and brokers and draft LOIs.
• Identify potential locations for new dark kitchen facilities and support site selection.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement to resolve cross-functional issues.
