Qualifications

• Experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar in hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, trim, portion, debone, and store meat, poultry, and seafood per standards.
• Prepare and cook items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Support Chef de Partie in daily kitchen management.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Assist with mise en place and stock levels.
• Monitor portions and minimize food waste.
• Maintain HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep equipment and workstations clean and organized.
• Support banquet, catering, and events as needed.
• Guide and train junior team members.
