Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, seeks a seasoned IT Change Manager to lead the full change-management lifecycle in a 24/7 environment. You will own intake, categorization, and risk assessment, and ensure appropriate technical and management scrutiny.

Responsibilities include chairing weekly Change Advisory Board meetings, convening Emergency CABs when needed, maintaining the Forward Schedule of Change, and validating rollback plans, security reviews, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
• ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
• 8+ years of IT Service Management experience.
• Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, change governance and risk assessment.
• Strong communication, facilitation and CAB-chairing skills.
• Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security-pass requirements.
