Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha is seeking a QA/Quality Analyst to conduct scheduled audits of SOPs, CMDBs and preventive-maintenance evidence within an ITSM framework.

You will verify reports, track corrective actions, and support root-cause analysis to uphold service quality across the contract, while maintaining meticulous audit records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or IT.
• ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor certification.
• ITIL Foundation.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality or service-management support.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Good documentation and audit-record management skills.
• Understanding of ITSM and quality-management processes.
• Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security requirements.
