Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a senior contract governance lead responsible for overall accountability for a 24x7 ICT/ELV service delivery contract with MATAR.

You will drive SLA/KPI performance, resourcing, commercial outcomes, governance, major-incident escalation, OEM relationships, risk management, and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT/ELV service delivery.
• Experience leading a large, multi-system 24x7 maintenance or managed-services contract of comparable scale.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional certification.
• Airport or mission-critical operations experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, commercial, and service-governance capabilities.
