You will operate the switchboard, assist with wake-up calls, relay messages, and coordinate with departments to ensure requests are resolved to guests' satisfaction, while maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer, record, and process all guest requests via telephone, email, chat, and mobile devices.
• Operate telephone switchboard, handle wake-up calls and relay messages.
• Log guest requests and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
• Provide information about room features, amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
