Job summary

The St. Regis Doha is seeking a dedicated butler to provide personalized service to guests in the Rooms & Guest Services Operations.

You will deliver coffee and tea on request, prepare notes on arrivals, coordinate with the front desk for VIP rooms, verify details, and assist with check-in to anticipate guest needs. You will work with Guest Services and Engineering on requests, handle laundry coordination, and ensure safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized guest service, delivering beverages upon request.
• Coordinate with front desk to prepare VIP rooms and escort early arrivals.
• Prepare notes of new arrivals and communicate guest preferences to hotel operations.
• Respond to guest requests, maintain professional appearance, and protect confidential information.
• Assist with laundry requests and coordinate delivery/pickup.
