Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha West Bay is seeking a dedicated Butler team member for a full-time, non-management role.

The Butler provides bespoke experiences, coordinates with other hotel departments, and supports guests from pre-arrival through departure, in line with our luxury service standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of related work experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Related work experience is required (minimum 6 months).
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest experiences and services for guests during pre-arrival, stay and departure, coordinating with other hotel departments and Butler Valets.
• Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and personal appearance; anticipate guest needs and act accordingly.
• Assist in ensuring safety, policy adherence, and smooth operations of the Butler service throughout shifts.
