Job summary

The St. Regis Doha is seeking a Butler Service Desk associate to join its Front Office team. This role focuses on delivering bespoke service and maintaining the St. Regis standard of timeless glamour with modern sensibility.

You will answer guest requests via telephone, email, chat and in person, coordinate wake-up calls, relay messages, and guide guests to local amenities while upholding confidentiality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, and mobile communication devices.
• Operate telephone switchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, and connect calls to the appropriate extension.
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately.
• Log all guest requests or issues into computer, coordinate with departments, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information about room features, amenities, and local areas of interest.
• Process room service orders and record transactions in the POS system.
• Assist guests with internet access and guestroom entertainment.
• Maintain company policies, professional appearance, and standards.
