This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the academy, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong business background, leadership experience, and a passion for the arts and skills development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operations of the academy, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Events, IT, HR, and Finance to achieve revenue targets and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement business plans and strategies for growth.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
• Lead and inspire a multi-cultural team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Understand customer needs, forecast trends, and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational excellence.
• Represent the academy with strong public speaking and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role managing teams.
