Job summary

Finch in Doha, Qatar is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Client Solutions Specialist to drive growth, win new clients, and build long-term partnerships across the region.

You will drive sales targets, generate new business, manage tenders, and develop retainer services while expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in BD or sales within advertising or marketing agencies and a strong Qatar network.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in business development or sales within advertising, media, events, or marketing agencies.
• Strong Qatar market knowledge and an established client network.
• Proven track record in closing deals, winning tenders, and achieving sales targets.
• Good understanding of branding, video production, and social media services.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
