qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Business Development Manager, you'll help drive our growth across Qatar's table-service restaurant market: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one.

You'll work closely with operators and partners to turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants. If you thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or account management selling to restaurants/hospitality/SMB operators.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Based in Doha or willing to relocate with right to work in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Own new business in Doha: source, pitch, and close table-service restaurants using your network and your own outbound
• Run the full cycle from first meeting to live launch, and hit your monthly signed-partner target
• Get partners live fast with the onboarding team, measured on time from signature to first transaction
• Grow the accounts you close: drive adoption, transaction volume, and uptake of new features
• Build senior relationships with restaurant owners, GMs, and group operators across the Qatar F&B scene
• Use pipeline and performance data to lift conversion rates and shorten cycle time
• Bring market intel back to product, marketing, and leadership to shape qlub's Qatar playbook
