Experience recruiting blue-collar/industrial roles.

Familiarity with a major ATS.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Urdu.
Ability to manage many open requisitions.
Strong organizational and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing: use Indeed, Naukri Gulf, social media, job fairs, agencies, referrals.
Rapid Screening: phone screens for skills, licenses, availability, eligibility.
Candidate Pipelining: build a robust pipeline for high-turnover roles.
Coordination & Scheduling: organize interviews, assessments, onboarding sessions.
Compliance & Onboarding: conduct checks and guide onboarding paperwork.
Hiring Manager Partnership: align with operations on staffing needs.
ATS Management: document interactions and status updates in the ATS.
