Job summary

Hilton Doha in Qatar is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations of the hotel's dining outlets and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will lead service standards, assist in staff management, and ensure guest satisfaction through top-tier experiences.

Collaboration with culinary and front-of-house teams will help maintain quality, safety, and profitability while contributing to menu development and promotional initiatives to delight guests and encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects, trains, supervises and evaluates restaurant staff; schedules work assignments.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards; checks equipment and facilities for appeal.
• Monitors product quality and guest satisfaction; ensures food is prepared to specifications.
• Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and resolves complaints promptly.
• Documents inventory forecasts and maintains stock of dining supplies.
• Oversees setup of dining and service areas for service readiness.
• Participates in marketing efforts, suggests menu ideas, and tracks food trends.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
