Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to lead all banquet events with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of banquet events and liaise with event organisers to ensure service steps are executed to the highest standard.
• Coordinate with culinary and engineering teams to set up lighting, music, decor and AV equipment for each event.
• Assist with rosters, training and supervision of banquet staff and casual labour to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with hotel policies and social media guidelines, and uphold Waldorf Astoria/ Hilton standards of service.
