Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Doha is seeking dedicated hospitality professionals for a Non-Management, full-time position in Doha, Qatar. You will ensure smooth banquet operations, maintain standards, and support guest services across events and daily dining experiences in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food and beverage with supervisory exposure, strong grooming, and a commitment to exceptional service aligned with The Ritz-Carlton standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff is working together as a team.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to meet needs.
• Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements.
• Set up banquet area and ensure cleanliness and proper setup.

Education
