Responsabilités

• Ensure staff work together as a team and maintain grooming and attire to company standards.
• Communicate with guests and departments to meet guest needs and coordinate banquet events.
• Set up banquet areas, inspect table setups for cleanliness and proper equipment, and ensure readiness.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
