Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or related).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Relationship Executives/Managers in managing QNB First accounts.
• Handle day-to-day customer queries professionally and provide excellent banking services.
• Assist in cross-selling suitable products and services to customers.
• Maintain and update customer information and inquiry tracking systems.
• Adhere to SLAs and collaborate with related departments to resolve issues.
