Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a dedicated professional to manage QNB First account holders, delivering excellent banking services and products. The role requires shift work (morning/evening) and a focus on maximizing volumes, revenues, and profits.

You will maintain high service standards, proactively contact customers, and work across departments to meet targets while upholding confidentiality and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Awareness of branch customer relationship practices and regulations.
• Full knowledge of banking products for liabilities and assets.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales volume and profitability; ensure each QNB First customer has at least 1 asset and 1 liability product.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 calls per day for QNB First non-visiting customers to gauge interest.
• Provide service excellence with confidentiality and timely solutions; follow SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with related departments to meet group objectives and assist customer queries.
