Job summary

QNB Group in Doha seeks a customer-focused professional to provide efficient, friendly service and guide customers through banking procedures. You will market the Group’s products to increase sales and strengthen customer relationships, while coordinating with tellers and branch staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include meeting KPIs, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with reporting (CB MIS) as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study).
• No years of experience.
• Resume/CV, Passport, EDUCation Certificates, Birth Certificate are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly service and guide customers through banking procedures.
• Market the Group’s products to increase sales and drive KPIs.
• Coordinate with tellers and branch operations to ensure smooth, timely service delivery.
• Prepare CB MIS reports as required by RM, Sector managers or senior CB.
