Job summary

QNB Group seeks an Assistant Vice President for Financial Budgeting and Business Planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and group-level financial planning for domestic and international operations. The role requires developing tools, ensuring accurate reporting, and collaborating with IT, audit, and compliance teams.

The ideal candidate will drive cost-conscious budgeting and KPI implementation while building strong cross-department relationships to achieve the bank's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate MIS reports to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for domestic and international divisions.
• Develop and maintain budgeting tools and templates.
• Ensure adherence to financial control policies and SLAs.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve reporting needs and system enhancements.
• Provide timely information to auditors and Compliance.
