QNB Group is seeking a senior IT performance management professional to develop and manage the IT performance framework, monitor SLAs, and provide critical reporting to executives.

You will ensure capacity and availability to meet business needs, translate forecasts into infrastructure requirements, and oversee disaster recovery planning and testing. The role requires strong governance experience and leadership in continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computing Performance Analysis, or a related discipline.
• ITIL Expert certification mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience with 8+ years in governance, performance measurement and management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage IT performance management framework. Monitor SLAs and provide reporting and analysis for decision-making.
• Ensure adequate IT capacity and availability to meet business requirements; translate forecasts into infrastructure needs.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery procedures; coordinate governance and compliance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in IT performance disciplines and stakeholder engagement.
