Job summary

QNB Group is seeking an AVP‑Procurement Category Management to optimize procurement performance for assigned categories within the bank. This role focuses on structuring category management, building strong vendor relationships, and linking with TPRM to support end‑to‑end procurement from source to pay.

You will drive supplier performance, contract terms, and cost efficiency while aligning with the bank’s strategic objectives and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement experience and 5 years as a Category Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of designated categories within financial services.
• Experience working with large procurement projects and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead category management and end‑to‑end procurement for assigned categories.
• Set up SRM processes and robust vendor management aligned with TPRM.
• Drive cost efficiency, contract terms, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet procurement objectives and SLAs.
