Job summary

Gulf Helicopters seeks an Application System Analyst with strong SQL and reporting skills to support Aviation ERP systems. You will handle Level 1 technical/functional support, build complex SQL queries, extract data, and tailor reports for business needs.

You will work with ARMS modules across Operations, EFB on TAB, CMSS, FOSS/LITE, SQMS, ITMS, HFDM, and related systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree/diploma in Aviation/Aeronautics is preferred.
• Experience with aviation ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level system and technical support to end-users.
• Create complex SQL queries and extract information from databases.
• Customize reports to meet business needs for ARMS modules.
• Coordinate with end-users and vendors for change requests and incidents.
• Support EFB hardware issues and basic device integration.
