Job summary

Alfardan Automotive is seeking an Application Engineer to build high-quality software, support business application users, and provide user training for the business application. The role requires understanding automotive dealership workflows and financial modules, with hands-on experience in Autoline (Keyloop) or similar ERP/DMS platforms.

You will assist with reconciliations, audits, and data integrity issues while leveraging AI tools and BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in application engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude towards user support and training.
• Familiarity with AI tools, BI dashboards, and database structures.

Responsibilities

• Understanding general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management setups, tax, asset management, and budgeting.
• Assisting with periodic financial reconciliations and supporting internal/external audits.
• Analyzing end-to-end dealership workflows to optimize processes between sales, aftersales, and accounting.
• Resolving data-integrity and transaction-flow issues across financial modules.
• Demonstrating deep understanding of automotive retail accounting and dealership operations.
• Utilizing hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems, Autoline (Keyloop), or similar automotive DMS platforms.
• Proficiency in data extraction and analytics using AI tools, financial reporting with BI dashboards, and understanding of database structures.
