Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors seeks a Business Solution Analyst to guide a team of specialists in delivering enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, and other critical applications) aligned with the IT strategy.

The role involves leading design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support across the organization, collaborating with Solution Experts and the Management Manager to ensure timely project execution and proper integration with security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• SAP S/4HANA and business domain expertise required.
• Experience in system development and maintenance.
• Experience in service management and ITIL.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/DevOps practices.
• Strong focus on customer trust and business alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage ITIL-based service and support activities per SLAs.
• Coordinate with software suppliers and change management for issue resolution and upcoming developments.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards; strengthen internal controls.
• Lead investigation and implementation of tactical and strategic IT solutions.
• Estimate and deliver projects with resourcing and timelines.
• Build repository of deliverables, documentation, and methodologies.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of system solutions with proper integration and security alignment.
