Job summary

Doha, Qatar-based AV Support Service Scheduler is sought for a 3-month contract to coordinate resources, manpower, equipment, and event-related activities ensuring efficient delivery of Audio-Visual support services. The role emphasizes resource scheduling, coordination, time management, and document management in a fast-paced environment.

Live events, exhibitions, or AV industry experience is advantageous, alongside a basic technical understanding of AV systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, administration, AV support, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Email.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong resource scheduling and time management skills.
• Experience with event management or scheduling software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of EMBS and BPM approval workflows preferred.
• Previous experience in the live events, exhibition, or Audio-Visual industry is preferred.
• Must currently be in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage AV service schedules and resource requirements.
• Schedule manpower for multiple events and activities.
• Coordinate Audio-Visual equipment schedules and availability.
• Manage documentation, records, and scheduling information.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and email for daily coordination and administrative activities.
• Coordinate multiple events and service requirements efficiently.
• Support resource allocation and time management activities.
• Work with relevant teams to ensure manpower and equipment requirements are met.
• Manage scheduling and event-related information accurately.
• Support EMBS and BPM approval workflows where applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and service teams.
• Assist with coordination of live events, exhibitions, and AV support activities.
