Job summary

InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking an experienced AV Supervisor to oversee day-to-day delivery of audio-visual services for meetings, conferences, weddings, and events in Doha. You will lead on-site setup, testing, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment while ensuring a seamless guest experience and adherence to hotel standards.

Collaborate with Events, Banquets, Engineering, and operations to ensure safe, efficient delivery and effective communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV supervision within luxury hotels or large venues.
• Proven ability to support a wide range of events (conferences, weddings, corporate functions).
• Strong problem-solving skills and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of AV services for meetings and events.
• Lead on-site setup, testing, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment.
• Coordinate with Events, Banquets, Engineering and operations for seamless event delivery.
• Ensure health and safety standards and adherence to hotel requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of AV inventory and technical specs.
