Job summary

Tanqeeb in Doha is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Coordinator for automotive products. You will manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and timely submission.

Working with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers, you will review documentation, track claims, and analyze data to identify improvements, while delivering exceptional customer service and training colleagues on procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive service terminology and warranty guidelines.
• Experience with warranty reimbursement procedures and claim processing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in warranty processing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturer-specific warranty programs.
• Experience with DMS and warranty claim software.
• Knowledge of automotive service and repair processes.
• Ability to analyze warranty data and identify trends or issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the warranty claims process for automotive products.
• Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and departments to gather documentation.
• Submit warranty claims to suppliers or manufacturers in a timely manner.
• Track status of claims and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve disputes, discrepancies, or rejections.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and customer information.
• Assist in analyzing warranty data and trends for process improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service for warranty inquiries.
• Assist in training staff on warranty procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with warranty terms and timely submission of claims.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve warranty processes and satisfaction.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify potential warranty fraud or abuse.
• Prepare reports on warranty performance and trends for management.
• Perform other duties as directed by Head of Department.
