Tanqeeb in Doha is seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Coordinator for automotive products. You will manage the end-to-end warranty claims process, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and timely submission.
Working with service advisors, technicians, and suppliers, you will review documentation, track claims, and analyze data to identify improvements, while delivering exceptional customer service and training colleagues on procedures.
Coordinate and manage the warranty claims process for automotive products, ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures. Review warranty claims for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to warranty guidelines. Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other relevant departments to gather necessary documentation and information for warranty claims. Submit warranty claims to the appropriate suppliers or manufacturers in a timely manner. Track and monitor the status of warranty claims, following up with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any claim disputes, discrepancies, or rejected claims. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty claims, including claim details, supporting documentation, and customer information. Assist in analyzing warranty data and trends to identify potential product or process improvement opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to warranty claims. Assist in training service advisors and technicians on warranty claim procedures and guidelines. Ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions, including timely submission of claims and adherence to claim approval processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to warranty management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives to improve warranty processes and customer satisfaction. Conduct periodic audits and reviews to identify potential warranty fraud or abuse. Assist in preparing reports and presentations on warranty claim performance and trends for management. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department
