Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a committed professional to join its team as a Certified International Specialist in Doha. You will deliver exceptional customer service and manage inventory for held-for-payment items while tracking undelivered shipments and supporting various operations tasks as needed.

The role requires a valid Qatari driver's license, a heavy vehicle license, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Strong communication, presentation, and occupational safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have clean, open and current manual Qatari driver’s license with more than one year of driving experience.
• Must have a Heavy Vehicle license.
• Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the role including moving, lifting, carrying, loading/unloading various shaped/weight objects regularly.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal style.
• Excellent personal presentation, grooming and hygiene.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling practices/OHS issues.
• Sound educational background, with basic knowledge of the Service Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Manage local Held for payment inventory process
• Track and trace undelivered shipments
• Assist with a range of Operations tasks as required.
