Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor for our Qatar retail operation. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through a skilled, motivated team.

You will work across departments to keep the store running smoothly, provide constructive feedback to the brand and area managers, and may stand in for the Store Manager during absences. Fluent English is required with Arabic a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Understanding of fashion retail landscape.
• Excellent English written and spoken skills; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving objectives and ensuring top customer service by staff.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain smooth store operations and share feedback with store, brand and area managers.
• Possible deputizing for the Store Manager during leaves.

Job description

The Role:

You will work with the Store Manager to achieve objectives, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills and support required to maximise sales.

You will work with a variety of different departments to maintain the effective operation of the store and will provide feedback to the store, brand and area managers around staff and products. You may also be required to deputize for the Store Manager during periods of leave.

You must have previous management or supervisory experience in retail and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 3 years' retail experience (ideally at a supervisory level).
• An understanding of fashion retail.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (Arabic language skills are also an advantage).
• PC literacy.
