Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support F&B operational strategy: oversee operations of the Food & Beverage department with focus on guest service, product quality, inventory control, reservations, systems management and financial performance.
• Drive guest satisfaction strategy by monitoring trends, collecting feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with F&B Director and Culinary team to develop menus and marketing strategies to grow revenue.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through performance management and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations to uphold guest and team wellbeing.
