Job summary

Kempinski in Qatar seeks an Assistant Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team and execute yield-driven pricing under the guidance of the Director of Revenue Management. You will oversee daily operations, inventory, and booking flows across PMS, CRS, and OTAs, while ensuring accuracy and strong guest service.

The role requires 3+ years in reservations or front desk, with supervisory exposure and solid proficiency in Opera PMS, Channel Managers, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or front desk, with supervisory exposure.
• Proficient in PMS, CRS, OTA extranets, and advanced Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reservations team, manage daily workflows and agent schedules.
• Execute daily rate changes, yield strategies, and stay controls across systems.
• Manage inventory, overbooking thresholds, and group blocks with Sales/Revenue Management.
• Ensure accurate data entry and market segmentation for revenue reporting.
