Job summary

Employment in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee daily reservation operations and act as the operational extension of the Director of Revenue Management.

You will lead the reservation agents, manage day-to-day inventory and booking flows, and directly execute yield decisions, pricing tactics, and distribution controls across the PMS, CRS, and OTAs, while coaching staff and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations with supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Opera PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and OTA extranets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reservations team and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Manage inventory, booking flows, and yield decisions with the Director of Revenue Management.
• Coach agents, handle escalated guest inquiries, VIP reservations, and group rooming lists.
• Monitor data entry accuracy and revenue reporting across reservations.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management on blocks, deposits, and billing.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between PMS, Channel Manager, CRS, and OTA platforms.
