Job summary

Andaz Doha is seeking an Assistant Manager - Stewarding to help run the Stewarding Department according to Hyatt’s standards and brand promises. You will support the team, maintain orderly back-of-house areas, and ensure all equipment is clean and ready for kitchens, outlets and banquets based on expected BI levels.

Qualifications

• Ideally a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as a Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Stewarding Department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Support the Stewarding Manager to maintain a clean, organized back-of-house area and provide kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment.
