Job summary

ENNISMORE is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations in our hospitality venue in Doha, Qatar. You will supervise the Stewarding Team and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across kitchen and back-of-house areas, coordinating with Culinary and F&B teams for smooth service.

The role requires prior stewarding or supervisor experience, strong English communication, and the ability to lead a multicultural team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Stewarding within a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, cleaning procedures, and chemical handling.
• Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and organize a multicultural team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically able to work in a demanding operational environment, including standing for extended periods and handling equipment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations and deployment of the team.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation compliance.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop stewarding staff.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinate with Engineering.
• Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with events and high-occupancy periods.
