Job summary

Andaz Doha is seeking an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to lead the HR function in our hotel. You will help implement Hyatt's People Philosophy, support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

With a focus on wellbeing, inclusion, respect and integrity, you will work closely with the Director of HR to deliver efficient HR operations that align with our brand promise of Moments of More.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR Assistant Manager or Officer.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the HR Department in line with Hyatt's People Philosophy.
• Support the Director of HR with implementation of HR strategies across the hotel.
