Job summary

Klavy Technology for Trading and Services - Qatar, Doha is seeking an experienced professional to manage the maintenance of critical airport systems. You will lead a team of technical specialists, oversee passenger processing, biometric systems, and server infrastructure, and coordinate OEM escalations.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with airport or large enterprise systems, with a strong focus on ITIL processes, mentoring, and security/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT is required.
• Certifications in airport systems such as SITA, airport applications, servers/infrastructure.
• ITIL Foundation is preferred/required as applicable.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience with relevant airport or large-enterprise systems.
• Previous team leadership experience and strong mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of airport systems.
• Oversee Passenger Processing & Biometric Systems, server infrastructure and Airport Management Systems.
• Lead technical specialists and ensure adequate certified manpower coverage.
• Manage Level-3 technical support and OEM escalations.
• Approve technical procedures, SOPs and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical inputs for system changes through the Change Advisory Board.
• Lead root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents.
• Monitor system performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
