Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage hospital supplier invoices, reconciliation and month‑end closing. You will maintain ledgers, prepare schedules, and support audit documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce and at least four years in accounting within healthcare are required. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CMA are preferred, and expertise in ERP systems and

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Practical knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and approvals.
• Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
