Job summary

UDST invites applications for an Academic Learning Support Specialist to strengthen tutoring and learning support programs. The role reports to the Head of Academic Learning Services and focuses on improving student success through structured coaching, workshops, and remediation initiatives.

You will collaborate with campus colleagues, maintain accurate records, generate data-driven reports, and help promote services through marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is required.
• Minimum 5 Years Of Relevant Experience In Related Field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English language is required.
• Highly detail-oriented with a proactive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tutoring and learning support programs to improve student outcomes.
• Provide academic coaching to students with learning challenges.
• Create workshops and resources to support student success.
• Collaborate with other student services to ensure integrated support.
• Develop remediation programs and implement study skills initiatives.
• Maintain records of student progress and generate data-driven reports.
• Support marketing and communication strategies to promote services.
