Job summary

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) in Doha seeks a dedicated Career Services professional to guide students and graduates, coordinating with UDST staff to tailor services to student needs.

You will support career programs, advise on resumes, organize the annual career fair, assist with student employment processes, and develop career resources to promote employability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience such as career advising and student counselling.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English languages is required.
• Knowledge of Recruitment, Admissions and registrations processing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective career guidance and development support to students and graduates.
• Document and record policies governing career services operations.
• Advise students on resumes, cover letters, job search strategies and interview prep.
• Organize the annual UDST career fair and other events.
• Support student employment processes and work term placements.
• Develop career resources and maintain an employer database.
• Ensure documentation for career services is updated and accurate.
• Support data collection and analysis to drive program improvements.
