Are you looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Representative and Sales in Portugal (Remote) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfil client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. Furthermore, you'll have an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross‑Sell or Upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Customer support for post‑booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

• Fluent, verbal and written in Italian (C1)
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
• Have high attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset
• Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Being skilled in multi‑tasking is essential
