Job summary

A leading mobile platform company in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their Fraud Team. You will be responsible for monitoring payment patterns, resolving fraudulent transactions, and compiling reports to contribute to a healthier payment environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in information management or a related field and strong analytical skills. Qualifications

  • Possessing an information management degree is required, and pursuing a Master’s Degree in a similar area is a plus.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting user data.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated skill in meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness and ability to work closely with other teams.

  • Compiling and presenting monthly reports on disputes and chargeback trends to the executive team.
  • Assisting customers with payment issues related to fraud.
  • Continuously improving templates for defense documents.

Who You Are

Our dedicated Fraud Team is responsible for tirelessly monitoring and combating fraud across all Aptoide payment platforms. Our mission is clear: we aim to contribute to a healthier payment environment within the mobile ecosystem by identifying fraudulent patterns, developing risk assessment models, and resolving illicit transactions. What are you going to do?
