Reddit is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the Lisbon team. In this role, you will help identify and qualify potential B2B clients and agencies, generate leads, and set up opportunities for Account Managers or Client Partners.
As an SDR, you will also support advertisers in onboarding and activation, ensuring they feel confident using Reddit Ads while building long-term relationships that drive advertising success across different business segments.
Identify, research, and qualify potential B2B clients and agencies.
Conduct outbound activities (calls, emails) to reach new advertisers and agencies.
Generate leads and set up opportunities for the sales team.
Support advertiser onboarding and ensure smooth activation on the platform.
Provide outbound support so advertisers feel confident using Reddit Ads.
Build strong, trust-based relationships to drive campaign success.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
12 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or digital marketing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Rotating shifts between 08:00 18:00 (8h/day + 1h lunch break).
