You will collaborate with writers, videographers, and editors, briefing them on hooks, titles, thumbnails, and pacing while analyzing post-publish metrics to inform future content.

Qualifications

• Strong experience growing YouTube channels (own or client).
• Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm, SEO, and community guidelines.
• Ability to translate data from YouTube Analytics into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to brief creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term content strategies aligned with business goals and YouTube SEO.
• Conduct audience research and competitor analyses to spot topics and opportunities.
• Guide writers, videographers, editors to ensure content serves strategic goals.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to boost CTR and watch time.
• Monitor metrics (retention, CTR, watch time, subs) with YouTube Studio and translate insights into improvements.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and optimise production workflows.
